I know, but Las Vegas, despite it's cubic zirconia qualities, has some really good restaurants, and many Michelin-star chefs have outposts there, so it kind of makes sense to go there now. Plus, the Michelin people are French. Insulting is one of their talents!

2. I have never been to Melisse, although from what I know of it, it will probably appear in the guide. I will be shocked if we get any three-star restaurants at all. I throw Providence out there, because anecdotally, it's the best meal I have had in my life. I would give it three stars in my Michelin guide. I was eating things there I normally would never touch, and loving them.KThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02165100078263150451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28602475.post-69614434498998108862007-11-07T13:56:00.000-08:002007-11-07T13:56:00.000-08:001. it is insulting that LA gets its Michelin guid...1. it is insulting that LA gets its Michelin guide at the same time as Vegas.

2. i would give Melisse the 3-star nod, over Providence to the extent it's mutually exclusive.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09478578352299764672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28602475.post-91587630736266064922007-11-03T09:14:00.000-07:002007-11-03T09:14:00.000-07:00*sniff* I wish I could afford to eat at those res...*sniff* I wish I could afford to eat at those restaurants.Chubbypandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12930326230203564199noreply@blogger.com
